This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which refunds are provided for access to the GBR community, including our online personal finance course. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Eligibility for refund
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Users have the right to request a refund within 15 days from the date of purchase.
- To qualify for a refund, users must not have accessed the course beyond the first module or participated in any live events (weekly calls, dinners, or other events).
- The refund request is subject to verification of access to the course and participation in events, carried out by GBR.
- Payments made using Discount Vouchers are not eligible for refunds.
3. Refund Process
Refund requests must be made by email to [email protected] The request must include your full name, email address, and details of your purchase.
Refund requests will be confirmed within 2 business days and if approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. GBR may request additional information to validate the request.
4. Loss of access
Once the refund is processed, users will lose all access to the GBR online course, live events, and the GBR community. This includes any ongoing or future events, calls, or content.
5. Refund Limitations
Refunds are not available:
- After the 15 day refund period has elapsed. If the user has accessed more than the first module of the course or participated at some live event.
- For any unused portion of a subscription period beyond the refund period.
- For payments made using Discount Vouchers.
6. Discount Vouchers
Discount Vouchers are credits generated by GBR Partners from the balance available in your Wallet and can be used to offer discounts on new GBR memberships.
Since Discount Vouchers represent amounts previously withdrawn by the Partner and do not correspond to direct revenue for GBR, it is not possible to process refunds for payments made through this method.
7. Cancellation and Subscriptions
Users may cancel their GBR subscription at any time. However, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription unless cancellation occurs within the 15-day refund period.
8. Changes to the Refund Policy
GBR reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via the GBR website or by email.
