  • To qualify for a refund, users must not have accessed the course beyond the first module or participated in any live events (weekly calls, dinners, or other events).

  • Refund requests will be acknowledged within 2 business days, and if approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Loss of Access

Once the refund is processed, users will lose all access to the GBR online course, live events, and the GBR community. This includes any ongoing or future events, calls, or content.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available:

  • After the 15-day refund period has passed.

  • If the user has accessed more than the first module of the course or participated in any live events.

  • For any portion of an unused membership period beyond the refund window.

6. Cancellation of Membership

Users may cancel their GBR membership at any time. However, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription unless the cancellation occurs within the 15-day refund period.
